What is your return policy?

Any faulty products can be returned for store credit or replacement of same product. Fault must be reported within 14 days after product has left warehouse.

Do you sell gift cards?

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We get your order, We do a little fist pump in the air, we then carefully collate your order using in-stock items making sure it is correct, we package it all up in our compostable mailers and labels, we then dispatch your products with great love....
 
Please allow up to 14- 20 business days.
For in-stock items usually dispatch is more like 3-5 days of ordering.
We are a small batch production business and sometimes our deliveries take a little longer, waiting for our shipment to arrive before we assemble your products and then your order, which is why we say between 14-21 days..
If in doubt please feel free to call or email us with any questions..
 
We post from a remote area (so we get it) - Australia Post may need a little longer to deliver to other remote locations... In the busy seasons please allow extra time for the postie to dodge the kangaroos and safely over take the big grain trucks on our roads...
